Brown shrimp

The brown shrimp (Crangon crangon) is fished in the Atlantic Ocean, particularly in the North Sea.
It is wild and very nutritious as it is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals.
Its taste is particularly versatile and can be an extra touch in many types of preparations.

Origin: Holland.

The product is cooked and peeled.
