Smoked Mackerel Fillet

Mackerel (Scomber scombrus) from Aloia Foods comes from raw material caught in the Atlantic Ocean, mainly along the coast of Norway.
In addition to having an unmistakable taste, which gives character to the preparations in which it is used, it is a very valuable ally for our health as it is rich in Omega3.
The whole mackerel is filleted and subjected to a smoking process (pepper or herb) using environmentally sustainable beech wood from PEFC-certified forests.
